Medical staff is thorough, friendly compassionate. Front desk was minus a person today so wait time was a little bit longer to check out. Cataract surgery went very well. Would just like to have more detailed information in the preop about what to expect before the surgery. I.e., I didn’t know that they had to Mark my actual eyeball before I went in and since I’m squeamish with my eyes, I was a bit stressed about that. I also think they should add to the post op paperwork What do you expect about washing your face/Eye and how to be careful about it and when you could resume normal wash of the face/eye.Otherwise, my sight is extremely more sharp and brighter. Dr Snead is good at what he does and I’m glad the operating staff gave me just the right amount of medication so I was not aware of what was going on during the actual surgery.

The care and concern of Dr. Snead was fantastic. He addressed an issue that I had been having for years that I didn’t even bring up. Thank you Dr. Snead!

Dr Snead is a wonderful doctor. He spent time with me, explaining everything that would be done, he answered all our questions and my surgery went flawlessly. I can’t recommend Dr. Snead highly enough. His staff is equally caring, efficient and well trained.

My wait time today was only about two minutes. I’ve been going to Dr Snead for about 30 years. I think my husband goes to him. My daughter goes to him and I send all my friends to him. They’re very professional, but most of all they are so knowledgeable. I trust them with my eyes so much more than anyone else. Very happy with the service and staff here. Efficiently run office with knowledgeable, competent and caring professionals. appointments are on time and I was quickly accepted when I had an eye emergency. I feel I’m in good hands here.
