Dr & Staff are practicing unethical practices within Somerset office. Money hungry and is not concerned for patients wellbeing and discomfort. Bills for services not rendered. - DAYEFENNIE

There is no way to make an appointment to see this doctor. The women at the front desk do not answer the phone, so it is either ringing continuously or busy. When I finally got an appointment after leaving a message then someone returned my call three days later, then here comes the long wait to see the doctor, why make an appointment? there is at least a three hour wait, but when you get in he is attentive.

Respectful and knowledgeable. Explained things in an easy to understand manner .He gave a detailed assessment and treatment plan . I have referred several of my friends to him.

Dr. Phillips is an excellent physician very understanding and caring no matter how trivial the question. The staff fully respects him and is extremely helpful to my needs. The ambiance of the office is professional, warm, and friendly,

Nice physician, however, little time is spent with the physician and all fancy tests are being performed (unsure if all the tests are really necessary). Staff lacks in communication with patients regarding wait time and you need to approach staff after waiting for over an hour. Dr. Phillips is an excellent physician but the staff, wait time, fancy equipment is not desired and not necessary

The office is clean and the staff was friendly. Dr. P was great at figuring out what other MD's couldn't with me eye

Horrible experience, I wish there is a ZERO star which i would like to give. Went for an eye exam for Rx. He asked me what was my prescription from four years back from a different doctor and just wrote that on the Rx. what is the purpose of going to the doctor? To measure the current eye sight correct? well there is no use if you go to this doctor

He is a good physician but his staff and wait time sucks

Receptionist is always extremely rude. She also gave me a test when the other staff person was not available. She obviously didn't know what she was doing. Finally, doctor recommended a surgical procedure to be performed in a couple of days. I wanted a second opinion, and new doctor didn't find that I needed any treatment and doesn't even see any symptoms of the diagnosis. Less importantly, the wait is always long and there is little communication as to what is really going on there or with the patient. No confidence.

I would refer Dr. B. to other but would caution them that the waiting time is very long.
