Dr. Phillips was on call and operated on a family member. He was outstanding and we were blessed to have him and his team take care of us.

Dr Phillips operated on my wife and did an outstand Big job. He is caring and compassionate and we watched him work with the nurses and students.people kept telling us what an amazing teacher and doctor he is and I think my entire family would agree. We were all blessed to have him on call when my wife had her accident.

A good ER surgeon who handled my wifes gall bladder emergency. Caring, thorough and pleasant. But he "balance billed" ie charged and sued for amounts over the prescribed network rates. In most states this is illegal, in CO legality is ambiguous, but equally immoral and unethical.

My boyfriend saw him a Bayview Burn Center in Maryland. He actually thru out a burn patient from the hospital. He had 2nd degree burns on his hands. As far as I am concerned there is NO excuse for that treatment. They take a Hypocratic oath and regardless of any situation should never discharge a burn patient with no bandages or infection medication after 1 1/2 days. He is the worst excuse for a physician I have ever come in contact with.
