Did not resolve my jaw issues through the surgery he performed on me, leaving me with jaw, breathing, and hearing issues to this day. When I expressed concern in a follow-up appointment his reply was exactly, "I'm sorry you don't think I know what I'm doing," instead of addressing ANY of my concerns. Literally the WORST "professional" I have ever dealt with in my life. Avoid at all costs.

We have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Porter and the entire staff. We are presently up in Lakeside, AZ in need of an oral surgeon. There are none up here. Fortunately, Arizona Maxillofacial Surgeons travel to the area twice a month, I believe. They were referred to us by my husband's dentist as he needed one of his wisdom teeth pulled, It was cracked in half and, therefore, needed an oral surgeon. He was in extreme pain. This all came down on a Monday. We contacted AZ MAX on Tuesday and on Friday he had the extraction. They (especially Rebecca) worked overtime to fit my husband into the surgical schedule which was already packed. They bring an entire staff up to Show Low and everyone single one of them are professional and caring, especially Dr. Porter. You are in excellent hands, should you choose this facility!!!! Disregard all the other reviews - I have no idea where they came from.

Never introduced himself. Never explained what he was going to do in procedure. Never told me how things went. Afterwards no follow up from dental office to see how I was doing. Left a message sunday that I was in horrible pain. Never a call back. They did call when my dentist called then asking the office to call me because i was hurting. They said we can see you tomorrow. I've never had a dentist say I can fit you in tomorrow when I'm in pain let alone when I'm in pain cause of a procedure they did. No compassion!!!!!!
