Dr Rasmussen rocks!!! Very knowledgeable and treats the patient with dignity!

I was told I was having one procedure and I had a different procedure. He wrote a prescription that my pharmacy did not have, and I found out later it was not an antibiotic, therefoe I got an infection. There was no follow up care so I went to another Dr.

I had several moles that needed to be removed. The one on my face was completely removed, but left a scar larger than the mole itself, which he promised would not happen. For the mole on my leg, once the scab from the removal healed, it revealed that part of the moles is still there, so I'll need to have that area dug into again to properly remove that mole.Additionally, I have what I now know to be psoriasis of the scalp. Rasmussen took a quick glance, called it dandruff, and sent me home with samples of dandruff shampoo. On follow-up visits, I received an oil, a topical ointment, and a leave-in shampoo. None of them worked. Thank goodness for Google. I'll be taking my itchy scalp and my moles elsewhere.

Dr. Rasmussen is a great dermatologist. I have recommended my family, neighbors and church members to his practice. He cured my rash and has gotten rid of kids acne. My mother even loves him, she had a surgery on a cancer on her nose and you can't even tell there was anything done.

There are better doctors out there. Lots of "necessary" charges, and second opinions.
