Excellent doctor. Always willing to take the time to address all my concerns. Combines multiple issues in one appointment to save me on visits and copays. Was willing to work with me financially during a tough time when I had no insurance -- was more concerned with my health than her bills. Also helped me get free medication from pharmacutical company when i couldn't afford it. she is a real person who shares of herself and doesn't put up a wall.

Dr. Russano is wonderful! She has been my doctor for years. She is warm, caring, insightful, a superb listener, and careful to always follow up. As I contemplate moving out of the area, I dread the thought of not being cared for by Dr. Russano.

Dr. Russano is a wonderful doctor who believes in sending you for additional tests only when necessary, unlike other doctors I have known who send you for tests to cover their butts. In all the years I have seen her, which is 5, I have NEVER had to wait more than 1 minute in the waiting room. She is kind, compassionate and competent. Which explains why it is difficult to get an appt. with her, she also extremely popular!

Dr. Russano should be the model standard for how every physician treats their patients! She is caring, thorough, and answers any and all questions you may have. I have not once felt rushed out of her examination room. She always follows up with a letter or if necessary, a phone call. I have complete confidence in her care and feel blessed to have been referred to her by a good friend. Now my husband is even treated by her! She has definitely found her calling in her professional life. Not only is she a wonderful doctor, but her staff is excellent -- professional, yet friendly and genuine.
