I was on the table speaking to your JR. partner, Greg Herzog, about the procedure to remove pins from my arm. I was explaining I had watched several you tube videos on "How to remove pins from broken bones" & was asking him to try the “glove" removal method, as it seemed less painful. (This was after he REFUSED to numb my wrist). Before I finished my sentence, He grabbed my arm, whirled around, pulling my arm back around his waist with my breast into his back. I could not see what your nurse was doing to my arm! He man-handled me & yes your are right...he treated me like a 12 year old kid!!!! I trusted Greg Herzog to care for my 2 broken bones. I even ask him, “what would you recommend if I was your mother”? (My oldest is 1 or 2 years older than him.) I trusted him when he said, it would not hurt. Only a little pressure. I did everything he asked of me, took calcium, drank milk, ate broccoli and did the exercises as he instructed, yet He showed ZERO mercy on me, tho I was crying in… pain as he jerked out 4 pins, the longest being 6 inches with pliers, and me screaming “that hurts”, over and over again! Before walking out of the room, he had the audacity to say, “Was it really that dramatic?” I know I have to forgive him. But I will NEVER forget the way he verbally disrespected me, pulled my breast into his back (MOST UNCOMFORTABLE) & how he bullied me. Even told me there was nothing there to numb it with. And YOU AND JERRY Mc call this YOUR STANDARD OF CARE??? All I can do now is just pray that God will help me forgive him for his horrible bedside manner and treatment toward me and teach Herzog to show compassion towards his patients. Needless to say, HE will NEVER touch me again, neither will your rude (black) nurse, who rolled her eyes when I came in the day prior to ask her questions about the procedure.

I had motorcycle wreck, Dr. Bruce was the Ortho Doctor. Dr. Bruce was extremely nice, he was concerned and explained the procedure of the the surgery. Dr. Bruce took time to speak with my family and answer all questions. Once the surgery was over, he went to my family and gave them all the details and how my recovering was going. I would highly recommend him. I read all comments, seems one person is leaving all the bad reviews.

Total BS. THE MOST HEARTLESS LYING STAFF AND DRS WHO WILL NEVER TOUCH ME AGAIN. RUNS A TORCHERE CHAMBER. REFUSES TO NUMB YOU AS THEY JERK PINS OUT WITH PLIERS!!! Jerks. Arrogant. Don’t go there!!! You’ll be sorry and in pain.

What an arrogant man. Him and his partner..., yada, yada, Yada. He is a hero in his own imagination.

Tried to tell me pulling out bones pins is like having an IV removed... Has a nurse ever used pliers to pull an IV out? He runs a TORCHERE Chamber. DOES NOT think you need any meds when jerking pins out with pliers..entire staff is cold and numb to screaming patients.... AVOID them unless you like being torchered.
