Dr. Brandy Rene Patterson, MD

She is so nice and very understanding to your situation. She does not rush instead she listens to your concerns. If it was not for her, I would still be living in pain. Thank you for everything!!!!

I have seen Dr. Patterson for years. She initially practiced in a clinic closer to my home. When she relocated almost 2 hours from me I had absolutely no reservations about continuing to see her for my gyn needs. I have a somewhat complicated history & she has always been wonderful when it comes to managing my gyn health issues. I cannot recommend her enough. In fact, if it weren’t for her stellar care I would have left this practice after the first visit. The office staff is incompetent when it comes to relaying messages & following up in an even remotely timely manner. The ball has been dropped so many times it is beyond ridiculous. The nurses fail to call back & it takes multiple calls to get an answer. An example is a question that was left regarding a surgery that needed to be scheduled. It took 3 weeks, yes WEEKS, to get an answer. I kept being told the person I needed to talk to was out & this was pre covid! The answer was finally received when a girl that answers the phone was… kind enough to go look & found a note on someone’s desk where Dr. Patterson had left the reply the day after the call was left asking the question. No one had followed up on this despite numerous calls & messages in 3 weeks. That’s not the only time something similar has happened either. It should not take days to get answers to legitimate questions & concerns, especially when you are told by the doctor to call if you have specific symptoms. The staff &/or nurses answering the phone & being asked the questions have an attitude of complete lack of concern for the patient & act like they are being bothered by having to take the call. Seeing that that’s what they are hired & paid to do they shouldn’t be so disrespectful. I only tolerate this because of Dr. Patterson & the 100% trust I have in her & her ability to provide the absolute best gyn care. There is no way I would continue to use this practice nor would I recommend it to anyone else if it weren’t for Dr. Patterson. She truly cares for her patients and puts her whole heart into her practice.

I was very blessed to have her as my doctor through my pregnancy she delivered my son and also did my hysterectomy.Dr.Patterson you are the best thank you for all you done for me:-)
