Dr. Brenda Louise Rude

Dr. Rude is truly exceptional. She took my concerns seriously when others dismissed them, and that made all the difference. I feel like someone is finally actually listening and working with me to manage my pain. Her thoroughness, compassion, and commitment to getting to the root of the problem have brought me real relief and hope. I’m incredibly grateful for her care and would recommend her without hesitation.

Dr Rude has been the 1 doctor in my 20 years of living in NWA to truly listen (like turns to face me and make eye contact and nods and responds), and communicates clearly what I should be doing. She also helps you feel part of the process. Asking questions and giving options for what you could do to improve. She has been my PCP for over 5 years now and I couldn’t be more pleased.

I don’t live in Rogers. Just come to see my daughter and her son and she told to have a medical check and she found this Dr Brenda Ride. She might be a good doctor for others, but she lacks of carisma and communication specially since English is my second language, but I have 2 degrees in the US at the best Universities with a 3.5 degree. I might have an accent but I understand and speak (of course) with an accent very fluently. Since the beginning I told my daughter I did not liked her. She told me, it is just a medical examination. I just arrived in the US about two weeks ago, and of course my daughter made an appointment with this doctor. She did not want to see any of the multiple results from Mexico, like lab work, all the x rays, EKG, urine, pulse etc, etc. This was all done in Mexico for a whole week.and the different doctors told me I was in good health and so happy that also lost weight. i arrived two weeks ago and just went to see her and everything was wrong and she even… care to see the results. My daughter goes with me because she lives here, and what bothers me the most it was that she told me I have Dementia with any kind of tests. So now, my daughter was there and now instead to live in an apartment like I have done it before, they want me to stay in a place (24) hours paying a fortune because of her wrong diagnoses and the poor and stupid attitude of a great doctor. I already contacted my lawyers in Mexico and they are recommended me a lawyer here and maybe one of them will come to see me.,This whole idea has made cry every single moment and I feel no safe here. She did not want to see the results from my doctors in Mexico. I do hope if one doctor reads this, and if you want to see both results, please help me out. Even my daughter treats me different. I came to be happy and I cry all day, plus I don’t sleep at all because I am afraid they will come to get me. Next time Dr Rude, before you give a diagnose based on the last visit like done like 8 months ago when I came to see my daughter. Everything was nice and happy. Now my mother who lives in Mexico is very concerned because she is 102 and I might never see her again because this doctor. , make sure you do all the necessary tests before you give a person this kind of a result. I took all the tests, x rays, electros and YOU DID NOT WANT TO SEE ANYTHING. My family from Mexico will be here and we already have talk to some other people. So stop with your arrogant face. I know you have never liked me and I have told my daughter but she tells me Motherb is for only one visit. And this visit had changed my life because of you Dr. Brenda Rude with no feeling for people from a different country. Ps. One of my sisters in México is very famous as a top physiology doctora and the director of one of the best hospitals and her husband is more than a physiology doctor.,You were thinking because I am Hispanic with an accent you can treat people like the way you have treated me all the time. if I did not say anything to my daughter before is because she has lost her job and I did not cause any more problems to her and a small baby.,,Sorry for my English and by the way I have two degrees from Two Univetsities in the USA with straight A’. I am smarter than you think before you treat so bad your patients with accents. Hope an Hispanic doctor can help me out. Thank you so much.

Dr Rude spends the time necessary to get to the root of medical issues, and will listen to your thoughts regarding suggested treatment. Some doctors seem to be insulted if you have some issue with their first choice of medication, etc. I know that I'm not likely to take a medication that makes me sick, but I've had a couple of doctors tell me that's what they are giving me anyway. Usually there are other options, and Dr Rude will listen. It's also good that Mercy has a way to contact her via their website, I will usually hear from Dr Rude or her nurse within 24 hours if I send a message via the website. I highly recommend her to anyone with a complicated medical history.

Excellent doctor in all catagories. Very sad to have lost her to Bentonville Ark.

I think Dr. Rude is probably the most thorough dr that i have ever seen. She also spends a lot of time with me when I see her, which is not necessarily the case with other Mercy doctors, or if they do spend the time, it seems it bothers them. If I need to see a dr for something between my every 3 month visits, I have seen the APN, which bothered me at first, but I haven't had any complaints about my treatment from any of them. I would, and have, recommended Dr Rude to anyone with chronic health problems.

Absolutely the most thorough doctor I have ever used. She takes a lot of time and has been my doctor and my husbands doctor for several years. Never ever rushes you out the door.

I would and have highly recommend Dr. Rude to anyone looking for a kind and compasonate Doctor. She is very professional and never pushes you out the door. She truely wants to help you, that is a very hard quality to find these days.

Great Doctor. Very easy to talk to and she cares about you. Will take her time to know you and what is bothing you, she is never in a rush to get you out of the office. I have been seeing her as my and my wifes family Dr. for serveral years now and have no plans to change.

I am an RN and have doctor shopped for 10 years for a doctor I respected and met all my criteria of a "family doctor". Dr. Rude has finally met all my criteria. I never feel rushed, I know I can tell her anything, she is non-judgemental and caring and demands follow-up on problems. She addresses all my concerns no matter how trivial.
