The appointment was one hour late. He was irritated to hear about my twenty year use of antidepressants, finding it a little too time consuming. He did come to the conclusion that most drugs would not work for me. Dah! No kidding! Gave no advice on how to wean off them. Knew nothing of alternative medicine. Gave me three antidepressants to choose from. It was like a card game. Just pick and hurry up and get out. Asked stupid questions like what are your three wishes? I should have said I wish you would stop asking. So ridiculous! He said"they pay me a lot of money to write these scripts". God d___ the pusher man. Depression meds work short term. They will mess you up long term. These meds are not proven. Do your history from the beginning of prozac. Learn from a long time user of all these money making big pharma drugs. I found an internist md that knows alternative medicine and getting better off the drugs with 5-htp and L-theanine from the health food store.

He is highly recommended. He has helped my child more than any other doctor we've seen. We are so thankful to have found a great doctor like him.

I found him overall to be a very personable and down to earth physician though he has a tendency to be a bit moody. He treats patients with respect and I observed him to have a similar manner with staff. I appreciated that he would rather be patient with lower doses of medication than risk side effects with overmedication.
