Dr Rich was friendly introducing himself in the hallway as I went to get X-rays. He then very thoroughly explained all my treatment pathways. There was no wait at all.

Unfortunately, I have been in for various injuries due to playing sports in my youth which have finally come back and have bitten me in the buttocks...... However, with each visit, he listens, and actually hears what I am saying. He doesn't talk the mumble jumble medical jargon, but, demonstrates what is needed to be done and in what timeframe. He always makes me feel like a dear friend to him!!
