Dr. Bret Alan Rogers, MD

This is one of the worst Cardio Doctors in Knoxville. He lacks concern and sympathy for his patients. The patient went to Dr. Rodgers with severe complications and side effects from a drug that he had recommend. Dr. Rodgers totally ignored the symptoms and sent the patient home. The patient had severe leg swelling and severe complications with motor function. Dr. Rodgers did not order test or do any kind of blood work, instead he sent the patient home. He never followed through trying to get the patient in with another doctor to see what the issue was. He simply dismissed the patients symptoms as nothing. The patient today still has severe issues with motor function and after test were performed it was established by another Dr. it was indeed caused by a drug prescribed by Dr. Rodgers. His lack of concern allowed the patient to suffer and have permanent damage. I have seen first had what this Dr.'s lack of concern can cause to a patient. I advise any one to stay away… from this Dr.

I am a young 77 year old man. I consider it fortunate to have such an excellent specialist as my Cardiologist. He relates to me very well; considering the age difference. He also has an excellent bedside manner...I know, due to my last Stent emplacement surgery! By my limited experience of these matters...I could not imagine ever needing another Doctor !! Dr. Rogers was recommended by a friend of mine that has extensive cardiology experience. My wife and I both had a very favorable impression the first time we meet and found that he did a great job explaining and all phases of concerns, care, medicines and appropiate treatment. It is clear to me that he had great concern and compassion for me as a patient. I have always left an appointment with him feeling that I am in good hands.

Dr. Bret Rogers is smart, up-to-date, and very caring. He asks questions and is thorough in explaining medications, procedures, and results of tests. I have had a number of cardiologists over the years, but he is the best.

Dr. Brett Rogers was a wonderful physician. I was fortunate to have him care for me.

I switched from another group to Dr. Rogers when he first came to Knoxville. He is up-to-date, efficient, prompt, and very open and knowledgeable. I am very confident in him and his staff. Having had 5 or 6 cardiologists over the past 20 years, he is definitely the best. I recommend him without reservation.
