Dr. Brett E. Dorfman

I have been a patient for 4 years now and would recommend him to anyone. I just recommended to my friend that can't get into an ENT for 4 months and he needs help now. Dr. Dorfman is very professional and too the point.

Horrible. Arrogant, rude, condescending, entitled, rushed, blaming, self-serving, smug, unprofessional, uncaring, pompous, callous, impolite, inconsiderate, obstinate, tactless, irresponsible.... can't con't w/o swearing...

I have been going to Dr. Dorfman now for over a year and he is truly a step above the rest. He takes his time, is very thorough, understandable, and has a terrific bedside manner. Quite the sense-of-humor. Always a pleasure seeing him and his staff.

*Look elsewhere for a patient-centered care provider.* After waiting in the exam room for 28 min beyond my appointment time, I inquired of the office staff (who were curled up in their chairs playing on their phones behind the desk) whether there was a problem. I expected an apology but instead I was treated like I had over-stepped my bounds somehow and that I needed to go back and wait, without an EXPLANATION. It was nothing short of hostile...for asking for an update?! C'mon! After waiting almost 10 more minutes, Dr. Dorfman entered the room as though everything was totally normal. No apology from him either. He took a peak at my daughter's throat for less than a second and went straight into his sales pitch about how necessary it was to remove her tonsils. [She's only five years old, and even though she did not fit the criteria for tonsillectomy.] After having already gotten a very bad vibe from his staff (I believe that the staff will tell you everything you need to know… about their boss.), the alarm bells were going off like crazy. So I objected. Boy! He didn't like that! After regaining his balance (I guess he's not used to being questioned by anyone.), he launched into insult/guilt mode, as if I were a bad parent for daring to disagree with "the expert" on what's best from MY daughter. Long story short: Based on my experience with my other children, I insisted that we start with antibiotics. And whadaya know..? Antibiotics cleared up 50% of the swelling in 48 hours and completely within 96 hours. Do your own research folks! Dr. Brett Dorfman is only after your money.

Dr Dorfman always remembers each of my children - he explains everything he will do to myself & my children. He takes his time with each patient. I recommend him to my friends all the time.

Very thorough. Explains things well. Good sense of humor. Very caring. Rembers your situation and comments at various visits.

Dr Dorfman is great. He comes highly recommended from everyone I know. He is amazing with the kids. He has a great personality and is very quick and patient with the little ones. Great choice for an ENT
