The doctor seems knowledgeable but not always open to suggestions or procedures based on research. The staff are the problem. Rude, incompetent, cannot leave the correct message and then doesn’t believe you when you try and clarify. Pretty clueless for knowing anything except what is in their vocabulary.

DR Brett Gandhi was wonderful! He is highly intelligent and he took his time with me, answered my questions and was genuine with a great personality. He was so busy, waiting room was packed, but he still sat with me, looked me in the eye and made sure my answers were answered and left feeling comfortable. I would highly recommend him. I have seen him several times over the years and it's never changed. The girls in the office in Oneida are great. Gets a little busy but I know he takes him time with everyone so that you don't feel rushed. I appreciate that.

He was wonderful. Made an uncomfortable experience much better than I thought. I would highly recommend him. Friendly staff as well.

This doctor makes it difficult to get appointments, then changes them at the last minute making it almost impossible to get an appointment to see him. I had an appointment for 9:30am, and then got a call from hist staff announcing that it would be changed to 7:30am, when I live almost an hour away "because he wanted to start early," and then the only other appointment offered was 7:30am also, seven weeks in the future! This doctor's operation is appalling.

He is a very careing doctor that takes the time necessary to diagnose, treat and follow up. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Gandhi is knowledgeable and compassionate. The follow-up from him and his office staff was excellent. I couldn't ask for more from a physician.
