Had to be transferred to a different care provider and this was best reviewed patient experience for the ability to be treated with kindness and willingness to want new MRIs, to have a picture of if there had been an change and you might be having more difficulty than usual and that’s what we want to alleviate. It is accessible comfortable to be seen. The NP is and encouraging ithe Doctor wants to tsee your images and knows how to help the spinal damage from carrying ALICE pack andb ILBE. weight and your load as a service member. It is supportive. I have been able to be understood and participating in my care plan.willing to give PT and OT as needed. Good patient experience.

Dr. Bannister is a 10-star physician. The best! It is incredibly frustrating to be a patient of his because of the office team. Waits on hold are chronically a problem. I had a follow-up telehealth visit scheduled....nobody called. I called them during the actual appointment time. "No, we'll call you" they said. Still nobody called. They said they would call the next day. Nope. Soooo, THEY can bill YOU if YOU no-show an appointment (I never did), but if THEY no show? Twice? Be prepared to wait. I waited 1 hour in the waiting room. I finally had to leave because I had another committment. The staff? They couldn't care less. To them, I was the problem. The patients who go there are trying to get out of pain. It shouldn't be this frustrating. I'll say it again. Dr. Bannister is the best! I wish is was less frustrating to be a patient at his office.

Great Bedside Manner, Very Informative, Answers All Questions You May Have. Definitely The Best Pain Management Doctor I Have Seen Soo Far.

his staff is very rude...3 of the girls in particular...especially the redhead. i have heard them be rude to other patients right in front of anyone who is in the waiting room. the redhead is viscious. while in his room for examination...his girls enter the room rudely and repeatedly over and over requesting blank scripts from him for other patients and dr bannister gives them to them. i couldnt believe my eyes when i saw this. one time a girl came in the room and requested this and he said wait till im done here, she made it very clear she was not happy about that and wouldnt leave the room till he did so. its pretty clear there is some hanky panky going on with him and his staff. very unprofessional and disgusting.

Dr. Bannister is an exceptional Doctor. I have been fighting with pain for two years. I started seeing him and my pain is under control and I'm now able to take walks and walk up and down stairs. His staff is pleasant and professional

The staff was very pleasant and encouraging. They answered all questions quickly and appropriately. Dr Bannister was exceptional. I will definitely continue to see him again. Very good bedside manner.
