Dr. Brian Paul Boynton, MD

I do believe dr. Boynton is very good and knowledgeable at what he does. I've seen him many times and the problem I have with him is waiting at least 45 minutes to an hour every time I come. I don't understand why they don't just make my appointment for 45 minutes to an hour later than they do. We always come early in the morning so there's no excuse.

I have suffered from Patulous Eustachian Tube for 7 years. I had been told by UCLA doctors that there was nothing they could do. Since this condition is very rare and not many doctors have involved themselves in finding a way to, at the least, help mask the symptoms. Dr. Boynton met with me several times, talking through everything including a surgical procedure that hasnt been performed much. He has found a way to save me from the horrible echoing, autophony, popping, clicking, hearing my own breath, chewing....I was losing my head! It will take recurring treatments but I have hope that with the second surgery I will be cured. Very thoughtful and thorough doctor. Dr. Boynton takes the time with patients that many doctors don't and really seems to care.

Rushed through the appointment without answering my questions after making me wait hours after my scheduled appointment to see him. Did not address my medical problems, had to go to another doctor.

Called his secretary in during my facial surgery to schedule his appointments. How irresponsible can you be!
