The Dr. Came in and introduced himself and he knew my name. Which I'd liked. The procedure I'm having done. I was on the fence about, but he explained very efficiently and in terms that I can understand, and we decided together that having the same-day surgery would be the best decision in the long run, he explained The recovery time wouldn't be very long maybe a week he said. So I left that office feeling confident and at ease about the procedure that's gonna be done soon.

Dr Dees took my breast cancer case when I had to fire my other surgeon. He was considerate of my specific needs and concerns and never once let me feel like anything was beneath him to answer or consider. He did an excellent job, and all of the follow up pathology was done in a timely manner, with the results coming back explained and reviewed so that I could understand everything. I recommend him to anyone - including members of my family who he has also helped. I could not be more thankful that my other Dr forced me to find another surgeon. Dr Dees was exactly what we needed.

Has the WORST bedside manners EVER!! Not sure how Essentia even allows him to continue to work for them. Says something about Essentia. They should offer a class to their providers on how to treat patients with respect.

The only reason he has a star is because it wouldn't allow me to keep it blank. He is an awful, awful doctor!!! He is rude, inconsiderate, and has no bedside manner. Do not recommend him to your enemy.
