Dr. Brian Kenneth Dorner, MD

Dr. Brian K. Dorner (Dorner Plastic Surgery) did shockingly cruel things to me. He actually made a big mistake and cut a hole clear through my nose leaving a visible and nasty scar on the outside of my nose. This is devastating. But it gets much worse. I made the mistake of having surgery with Dr. Dorner again and this time he cut the outside of my nose even more. So now in addition to my original scar, I have more scars, divots and track marks on the right side, left side and across my nose. I am in shock he did this to me. I took great care of my skin my whole life and now it looks mangled. My face is scarred for life and my quality of life will never be the same. I went to Dr. Dorner to improve confidence and now that has suffered greatly. Your face is precious. Please choose your surgeon very carefully.

I had 3 Vivace treatments and asked upfront about the possibility of losing facial fat from the radio frequency. I was assured that was not possible. People ask me if I've lost a lot of weight (no,actually am a bit heavier now). My eyes are sunken and my skin sags. Wrinkles are more pronouced because my skin is looser. My complexion and age spots are actually worse too now. I easily look 10 years older. I'm only 2 months out from my 3rd session and am fearful of how much more fat I will lose over the next 4 months when final results will be realized.

This man is awful. I have no idea where these positive reviews are coming from. But he scarred me for life and totally ruined my body. He is a hack!

I had wanted a breast augmentation for years. I went to Dr. Dorner and was immediately excited. He explained everything about breast augmentation surgeries, the different types of implants, what to expect, etc. Dr. Dorner and his staff were more than accommodating to get me what I wanted. The surgery went very well. I was out of there in less than an hour after surgery because I bounced back from the anesthesia so quick. He gave me every medicine I needed and made sure I was comfortable. I had several follow up appointments where Dr. Dorner made sure everything was healing nicely, which it did. I have two scars, about an inch each, right in the crease- so they're barely visible. I went from a 32 A to a 32 DD with 345 CC's. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is because first, I was never told it's possible I could have lost sensation in my nipples. The incisions were made under each breast. The bottom half of my breasts and nipples were numb for almost 5 months. When I asked… about it he said "As long as the feeling is starting to come back you'll get the sensation back." The feeling had started to come back, it just would've been nice to know that I could've lost sensation before I had the surgery. The next reason is when I move in a certain way, you can see ripples on my breasts from the implants. I kind of expected that from reviews of breast augmentations I read before the surgery, just not so soon, and not right in the cleavage. It does bug me that they're there, but since it's only in certain positions, I don't worry about it. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Dorner! I will absolutely go back for anything I do in the future!

First off i would like to start with the positive. Angie(botox,fillers) and Christine(esthetics) are amazing!!!!! I highly recommend both of these ladies for all ok your skin care needs. The front desk was also very warm and accommodating. Dr. Dorner is lucky to have such a wonderful staff! Now on to the negative and why i can only rate the Doctor himself with one star. If anyone reading this is considering a breast removal, revision, or a lift PLEASE make sure you consult with other doctors before making a decision. I did not so part of the blame falls on me. Lesson learned! I was very clear and consise on what procedure i wanted done and the look i was hoping to attempt (im well aware nothing is perfect). He did not listen or take me seriously...he did what he wanted. I ended up with incisions now horrendous scars in places we NEVER talked about implant placement where I specifically said i didnt want them and extremely uneven breasts. He had also tried to talked me into textured… tear drop implants which I vehemently said i did not want thank goodness he listened to one thing i said and used the correct implant. I did request and recieve my medical records and know exact what was done by Dr. Dorner during the procedure. Now i have had to undergo a corrective surgery(by a different surgeon of course)and spent tons of money to fix his mess.. The past 6 months of my life has been constant emotional and physical pain because of his mistakes. So again please if you are considering any kinda of breast lift, reconstruction, or revision, check out your options. There are much better cosmetic surgeons in columbus for the "tougher cases".

Dr. Dorner and his staff are very professional and accommodating! They are so polite and greet you as soon as they see you. They know you by name from your first visit on and make you feel very welcome. Dr. Dorner does amazing work and I recommend him to everyone!

I went for a consult fee to Dr Dorner for the first time. I had a prior neck lift from another Board Certified Cosmetic Surgeon and was very unhappy with the results. Dr Dorner was so compassionate. He saw me twice not once to go over all my concerns, needs and desires. Dr Dorner is the most honest, caring and kind doctor I have ever met. He is #1 on every level in my book! I value his thoroughness and most importantly how well he listens. He is not fake. He does not rush you and you feel as tho u r his only patient! He is very trustworthy and his price is reasonable. In time, after I lose a bit of weight, I will be back to see Dr Dorner ... He's a GEM of a man and doctor! And so is his staff! He is very patient and very knowledgeable in his field. He does not make you feel like a number as he explains the why and why not's; answering all my questions and concerns! I would DEFINITELY recommend Dr Dorner for his thoroughness, compassion and honesty and most importantly, I feel safe in… his hands!

I'm very impressed and happy with my experience w/Dr. Dorner. I feel he is very professional and highly competent yet friendly and willing to listen to me regarding my expectations for the procedure. He is my choice for any cosmetic procedure or treatment I might have in the future.
