Summary
Doctor Brian Gumbs is joining our Pediatric Department at Bay Clinic in July. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Grinnell College, he received his M.D. at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He then completed his residency training in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire. Dr. Gumbs brings with him a range of experiences from his practice of general pediatrics in Cooperstown, New York and Ashland, Ohio as well as Wailuku, Maui. His professional interests include sports and adolescent medicine. He and his family are moving to Oregon from the busy city of Honolulu to get back to a smaller community and to explore the Pacific coast. They enjoy spending time outdoors hiking with their dogs, as well as kayaking and sailing.
