Dr. Brian P Levy, MD

After abruptly leaving my PCP physician of 10 years, I found Dr. Levy online. I was at the point I was ready to swear off my health and all doctors in general. Having met with him, undergone stringent testing, physicals and lab work, I can honestly say I am so impressed! He is THE most compassionate physician, Has an excellent bedside manner, the memory of an elephant and his staff very much the same! He is honest, thorough, Very easy to talk to and I would put my life in his hands in a heartbeat. He is available 24/7, has hospital privileges and he’s Smart (ironically a little uncommon for some of these baby doctors out there these days). Having been cooped up during COVID and my abrupt change in physicians, my anxiety skyrocketed. After having Dr. Levy as my primary care doctor for less than a month, my anxiety has literally resolved itself just knowing I’m under his care. His range of medical knowledge in all areas is stunning. In merely 3 visits he uncovered some Additional… major problems, outlined a plan of action and Plan for follow-up care. He truly cares about his patients and that’s (Sadly) VERY hard to find these days. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Levy to anyone with any range of health issues or concerns! Soooo happy to have found a doctor that doesn’t treat you as an annoyance and/or rush you in and out the door for the money!

I was recommended to Dr. Levy by another Dr. whom I would leave my life in his hands, but my problem isn't in his field so I took his referral. Rather than bash Dr. Levy, lets just say if you are looking for a second opinion from him, looking for someone to listen, or want him to discuss other options for someone seeking help, don't bother. I would probably get more help from my dog's vet!

In my opinion, he does have respect for people of size. Didn't follow up with my heart condition because I was overweight. Other doctors jumped on it right way and saved myprejudices told me because of my weight that I would not fit in an MRI machine..not true. Other doctor send me immediately

Dr Levy is an awesome doctor, he takes as much time as i need to tell him what all is wrong, and has always been perfect with his treatment and what he prescribes for me. I have AIDS and even though Dr levy does not specialize in the treatment of HIV/AIDS, i have been healthier under the care of Dr Levy, more so than any other doctor i have ever seen.

I feel Dr. Levy has burned out and does not put forth as much effort as he used to. It is sad as at one time he was one of the best physicians in the Edmond, OK area.
