Dr. Brian Delos Long, MD

I called Dr. Long's office with what I thought was a retinal tear and was scheduled right away. Dr. Long assured me I wasn't going to go blind and that condition would improve on its own without medication. Staff was great, informative and pleasant. All covid prevention measures were in place. I really liked the safety precautions and measures they use.

Appointment was 0940, I did precheck on line day before, waiting room was completely full. Signed in and was given some of same paperwork I'd done on line. I wasn't called in until 1028. Went through precheck with assistant, had eyes dilated, put in hall to wait and back in room about 1050. 1105 Dr Long came in, examined eyes, discussed concerns and was waiting to check out by 1120. Received next yearly appointment and home by 1158. Over 1 1/2 hours without explanation as to why is unacceptable.

Everyone was very professional. They were all concerned about COVID-19 and all were practiced with observing the cautions needed.

The office personnel were very conscientious about safety and health, while remaining friendly. Dr. Long was very attentive and informative on layman level.

Doctor and staff were very caring and.helpful! Excellent care and treatment!
