Had a tooth extracted from this man in an emergency and he was absolutely fantastic. Great doctor, wonderful staff and speedy recovery. Highly recommend to anyone I know!!

Look elsewhere, dont waste your time making an appointment, they will just cancel it. They wont even reschedule you. they have zero consideration. TERRIBLE

I'm in excruciating pain every day for well over a year now due to Brian's insertion of a plate that was screwed into a nerve and through a tooth,a tooth that now can't be removed without a major surgery, I've been told by many other doctors this could have and should have been done differently, and even with this pinched nerve in my face I'm receiving little to no pain medicine. Every day I think nothing but of how he still has his license, zero accountability!!!!!!

If you look up Dr. Smith on Healthgrades.com he only has 3 out of 5 stars. I think he is a 5 star doctor. But Cooper Oral is overbooked and their computers wouldn't even load the CT scans I brought in. He said that he'd look at the CT scan when he got home but in a later conversation it turned out that he'd never gotten time. His a very smart man with good instincts but winds up doing a lot of guess work because he is so overbooked. It's only him and Bifano. Takes months to see either gentlemen. I wound up having tooth extracted elsewhere bc it was taking so long with billing and they couldn't give me an estimate on the date. He is one of the leading experts in orofacial pain but the man just runs around too much to devote the proper attention to more complex cases. It's a shame that cooper doesn't have a few more oral surgeons on staff because I do believe that him and Dr Bifano are great doctors.
