Dr. Brian D Moseley, MD

Dr. Moseley was rude and made snide comments. I was diagnosed with seizures several years ago, but recently referred to UC epilepsy center due to the severity and frequency increasing. Dr. Moseley would only refer to them as "seizure-like episodes" and acted like it was all in my head and that there was no proof. My neurologist that referred me did an EEG right before I went to Dr. Moseley that showed a lot of seizure activity, but Dr. Moseley did not bother to look at those results, or even read any of my other doctors notes. He would rather assume they are in my head. However, he did add a second seizure medicine and when I told him it was working and I wanted him to increase it, he told me no because he wanted me to wait for my EMU study when they did not have an opening for months and then it kept getting canceled due to COVID. I asked him multiple times if he could please increase it so I could feel better while waiting and he repeatedly refused. All this time, I was not allowed… or able work because I could not function with all of the seizures I was having. He took forever to send in the paperwork for the Hartford so that I could get approved for disability, and when he finally did, he said that all my exams and testing had been normal (when my EEG had in fact showed seizure activity) and that he thought it was psychogenic and that my only restrictions were not being able to drive or operate heavy machinery. This is when HE was the one who said I was not to go to work. Anyway, I ended up getting denied for disability due to his terrible job at filling out the paperwork which also resulted in me getting fired from my job. HORRIBLE. Do not go to him

Dr. Moesley treated our son as if he was a second-class citizen for having epilepsy. Was completely insensitive to his depression, provided no resources or suggestions and was indifferent to the negative side-effects of his medications. Do not recommend.

I love Dr. Moseley directness approach. He wants answers to what and why. I appreciate that because my son has seizures and there's nothing I can do about but Dr. Brian Moseley is my expertise voice about to get the seizures under control and or STOPPED! He seems to want the stopped so he is our biggest cheerleader!

I have been under the care of dr.Brian Mosley for about two months. He has been great, he listens to me, answers all my questions, calls me to give me updates with all my tests. He is great, i recommend him to all.
