Dr. Brian Keith Nadolne, MD

East Cobb Family Medicine is horrible. Dr. Nadolne is a nice Doctor, but the office does not care about their patients. I have been going there for years but the last experience was beyond horrible. In the appointment I was greeted by the NP with the questions of 'what medications are you taking?' - I felt like saying - don't you know!?!? After test results came back had some items that I had questions on that I was concerned about. I left messages in the Dr. Portal - which is the only way to communicate with the Dr.'s unless you are in the office. I received 2 different responses on my test results and asked someone to call me to clarify. While working I received 3 calls within 5 minutes, and was not able to pick up the phone because I was on a conference call. A voicemail was left by someone that was not the Dr. (not even a NP) basically telling me if I had questions to go back to their useless portal. Maybe it is me but a Doctor should discuss test results with a patient.

Dr. Nadolne truly cares about his patients individually. He listens to your concerns and gives you the best advice to keep you healthy, happy and cares about your wellbeing as a whole person - DB

Worst front office staff I've ever encountered. Thank goodness he's a good doctor bc his staff will run patients off for sure.

Dr Nadolne doesn't just treat your symptoms, he treats the person. He's very much into preventative care. If you're ready to get healthy and enjoy the happiness that goes with that, he's the Dr to go to.

Dr.Nadolne has been great. I have been a patient of his for 5 or 6 years and he has always been available when I needed to make an appointment. He has keep me in good health for the entire time and I depend on him when I am sick. He even calls me to followup after a visit to see how I am doing. I feel confident that he is looking after my good health.

Dr. Nadolne is awesome! He has always been great with my children and has always been proactive and up to date on preventive care. I like that. He offered me a solution to lose weight and reduce my medication. I would definitely recommend him to others. My only complaint was that the wait time is a little long.

Although I initially was pleased with the care I received, I eventually resented the coercion to buy products I didn't need. The staff is rude. The office is poorly managed. And I would not recommend this practice.
