Dr. O'Neill listened well, answered all my questions, and gave a comprehensive exam and explanation of diagnosis. Waiting for a replacement during this pandemic has not been easy but his staff has answered my call promptly, intelligently, and in good humor. I am confident my care is in the right hands.

Dr BrianO’Neill replaced my left hip two years ago With the anterior approach. I was able to walk without a cane or walker immediately. I golfed in 12 weeks. 3 weeks ago I had my right hip replaced with the anterior approach. I had the same result to be able to walk unaided. He said I could golf again in 6 weeks. He is an outstanding surgeon and I have recommended him to many people.

Dr. O'Neill has been our family orthopedist for over 20 years, caring for my sons and my husband. This time it was my turn. I was not disappointed. My replacement was so well managed from the first visit for this problem to the last. The Excel program was great. My procedure was at the West Health Surgery center. The staff was kind and efficient. My procedure was flawless and I was up walking on my now painless hip 2 hours after leaving recovery. The one on one nursing and the PT and OT were so helpful for the whole time I was there. Every need was met. I was home the next day and back to work in 4 weeks. I can't recommend this enough. If you have a hip problem, this is the place to have it fixed!!

I have been very pleased with Dr. O’Neill and his staff. He was my surgeon 6 years ago for a knee replacement. I have since retired and live in Northern MN. I was so satisfied with the surgery and recovery care that I am returning to the cities for the other knee surgery.

Dr. Brian Oneill uses the Anterior Approach to hip replacement. He explained that he uses this method exclusively to be sure he gets the replacement as perfect as possible and because the recovery is quicker and both were true in my case. My surgery went great and I was back to work in 9 days. The pain was truly minimal from the beginning and I was pain free after a few weeks.
