Dr. Brice P Windsor, DO

This guy only wants to get you in for as many visits as possible. Whatever he has to do even if it includes denying you the medicine for what you really need. I had gout. Been on medication for years. It doesn't effect blood pressure. He tried to leverage my gout condition to get me to keep coming in for blood pressure. I recognized the manipulation factor and saw he was only writing a 30 day script so he could get me to come in for something else. That is immoral.

I've been seeing Dr. Windsor for a few years now. He's very nice and cares about his patients. I agree that the office staff are not the warmest, but I've seen a lot worse and I don't think he is involved in the hiring or managing of the staff. I absolutely adore his nurse Stephanie. She's kind, professional, and remembers patients and history. I will ever be grateful for him taking time from his own family holiday to call me about a test result that was of concern. He referred me rapidly for testing and got me into a specialist almost immediately. Anytime I or my kids have needed to see someone soon he has fit us into his schedule. That means so much to me. I've faced a lot of health issues lately and he's been incredibly supportive.

Save yourself some troubles. I have no complaints with Dr. Windsor other than the choices he has made in hiring an office manager. She is extremely rude and has no compassion for your situation. How someone could allow a person like this to represent your practice is unbelievable.

I was out of country for 3 1/2 months away from my family and had an appointment 1 week after I got back. I cancelled it until further notice because I just didn't want to go anywhere for a while. I got a call from their staff to inform me that my meds could not be refilled until I have a visit. I had plenty so I told her that I didn't need any yet. Without warning i got kicked out of the office via a letter and all my meds cannot be refilled. I have diabetes and that is not cool. I cannot even see someone else in that office. His arrogance will not be missed.
