Many great reviews but I think this Dr. will jump to a conclusion based on one thing without sending for more tests, blood work or other imperative things a Dr. should do.

This group saved my life. Had horrible headaches after an auto accident. Dr M took over my case and I was under his care for the last 20 yrs. Always took the time to listen and was REALLY concern about what I was dealing with. I did follow him to his new place in Woodbury, unfortunately he has been out of medical leave and the Dr's that are covering for him are not as good and I will now have to find someone here in Toms River. I will miss Dr. Monastersky very much.

I have a nerve condition - a chronic itch on my back below left shoulder blade called Notalgia Paresthetica, but in Dec. 2018 this doctor did not diagnose it. Told me to go see a dermatologist even though there is no mark or redness on my back...Its numb. He listened to me and was very nice but when you know your body and know something is wrong, nice doesnt matter - you need someone that is knowledgeable and can give you the correct diagnosis.

He is the most attentive doctor I have ever had. Unfortunately he is moving to a different practice. The patients in the new practice will be very lucky to have him.
