Excellent Surgeon. Dr. Steinberg is very patient and informative. He explained the process of my hand surgery, I viewed an excellent video presentation about my procedure, and all went exactly as described. Having multiple issues with my hands finding Dr. Steinberg was a great relief .

Due to arthritis and carpal tunnel in both hands I have had five hand surgeries over the years. Dr Steinberg performed each one and I have full use of my hands today. Expert surgeon who does outstanding work. I had a massive rotator cuff tear with labral tears and he did an excellent micro-surgery repair. He tells you all the procedures he will do and after the surgery he shows you the pictures and explains his actions. Recommend him for any shoulder surgery repair. In a few months I will have him repair my left hand.

When I had incredible pain and motion restriction in my shoulder, I went to Dr Steinberg because he had successfully treated my husband for his torn rotator cuff years prior. I needed injections every 2-4 mos for my shoulder, which ultimately reduced the calcium buildup. I have not needed an injection in my shoulder in the past 14 months! Pain has not returned and I have full range of motion. He accomplished this miracle without surgery, for which I am most grateful. Dr Steinberg repaired both rotator cuff shoulder tears and restored me back to pre-morbid times. I have no pain and complete functionality thanks to Dr. Steinberg's expert surgical acumen.

Dr. Steinberg has done several hand surgeries for me to fuse painful joints due to arthritis, as well as a thumb joint replacement. I have always had good results with very little pain. Dr Steinberg has done my shoulder and my index finger for a cycst that was really big and he removed it and it’s amazing how great it looks ! I guess I will have to have my right shoulder done soon and he will b the only dr that I will c for the surgery!! My carpel tunnel surgery went well, recovery has been easy. Overall, satisfied with my experience at the main facility and with De Steinberg. Only negative was waiting in a very long line to check in for a 8:10 surgery. There needs to be a better check in system, more staff would be helpful.

Dr Steinburg did an EXCELLENT job with my reverse shoulder replacement. He was recommended by my primary care doctor as the BEST shoulder surgeon in Jacksonville.
