Dr. Bryan Hale Adams, MD

I made an appointment with Dr. Bryan Adams for a bony growth growing on my mandible. When I arrived at his practice (over an an hour commute) I was seen by a different Doctor due to mix up with reception. I was charged a 300.00 co payment and was seen by a TMJ specialist. I then made another appointment to see Dr. Bryan Adams and when I returned for this new apt. he was over an hour late. I only wanted peace of mind for my ongoing medical issue. We spoke about options, I had a CT done and was told if it continued to grow to call and we would address. A few months later I called with concern as it was getting larger and causing complication with my jaw. I was told if it became larger my option would be surgery and a biopsy. I was then referred by reception to the surgery coordinator, Jerry. She provided me with an estimate and put me on a waiting list for operating room, I was left in limbo for months and never heard back from her or Dr. Bryan Adams, I did put a request in that he may… call me but I never heard from him or anyone else. I went for a second opinion to a new Dr. who took me very seriously and wasted no time to remove the growth. He was thorough and cared about my concern as well as the staff. I had the surgery done and was very pleased with my outcome. I have yet to get a call from Dr. Bryan Adams or his surgery coordinator. Last I heard I was waiting on a O.R. to be scheduled. No one cared enough to call or keep in touch with me. I guess it’s safe to say they do not care about my health or even wonder? It is now a couple months shy of a year that my surgery was scheduled with this practice and I would not recommend him to anyone.
