I had thyroid surgery by Dr Richmond for a large thyroid cancer. I am now cured. He took time with me and I did great. He’s the best.

Ronnie ( nurse ) gets annoyed when you call about issues after surgery so much so that she lies and portrays it as harrasasing when you’re genuinely concerned and need to talk to a doctor . Worst experience ever .

He done a hernia repair for my husband a few years ago. He did a wonderful job on my husband. Dr. Richmond is very caring and kind to his patients and the family. My husband is deaf but Dr. Richmond took the time to learn sign language to communicate with him. My husband is the love of my life. I want you to know Dr. Richmond that we appreciate you and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping my husband. We will never forget you.

Dr. Richmond gets my heartfelt thanks. After a year of stomach pain that was beginning to be a mystery, the pain was found to be from a hernia, from previous colon surgery. Dr. Richmond took the best care of me. I'm 75 and it's been almost a month and I'm healing great, soreness almost gone. He had earlier taken out my gall bladder. I would recommend him to anyone. this doctor is rude and he doesn't talk to you about your surgery and what he is going to do he just wants to hurry up and get your surgery done, bc he just wants free money. I had a hernia and I was referred to this doctor and they said he was a wonderful doctor. not a very good doctor he not only done surgery once he done it twice bc both times my hernia came back, last hernia he tried to fix he said he was getting tired of doing it so he don't care about you and your health he cares about him..he is not no hernia doctor. so I found me a wonderful the most best doctor in the world her name is Vedra Augenstein and she is a hernia doctor and she knows her specialty. She is in Charlotte nc if you need surgery on a hernia I would highly recommend this doctor please don't let Brian Richmond bc he doesn't know what he is doing. I know by experience.

Dr Richmond was my dr when I was admitted to the hosptial for my gallbladder. He was there every morning nad evening to check on mehe explained everything to me.He is a great dr.
