Dr Winn's PA was very informative and listened to my hx. She was helpful and caring.

After a terrible fall I sustained a serious eye injury. I was hospitalized at Valley Hospital and had surgery by the on call doc. Unfortunately there was no improvement. After discharge my eye doc sent me to Dr Winn. This man did 2 surgeries on my face/ eye. I’m am so grateful to him. I’m a Registered Nurse and couldn’t name a better eye plastic surgeon.

I had lid surgery performed by Dr. WInn and he did a fabulous job. His expertise as an oculoplastic surgeon is impressive. He does not do general facial cosmetic surgery like other oculoplastic surgeons, which makes him a specialist and expert in his field. He is kind and a good listener. Overall, a great experience with a very talented physician.

Dr. Winn's primary concern was booking me for surgery. I think he would have booked me for foot surgery if he thought he could. He had no concern for my well-being. He violates the code of ethics ab initio. His surgery did not fix my problem. I find him disgusting and repugnant. Prior to surgery he had problems finding the instruments he needed. I should have left at this point but I did not. THAT was my mistake. He created a problem that was worse than I had before I saw him. The filth in the office where he did my "surgery" was remarkable. Again, I should have gotten up and left the premises. THAT was my mistake. This man should not be representing Columbia Presbyterian

This doctor has little respect for his patients. He is arrogant. His treatment hindered, rather than helped, my situation. As a result of his intervention I do not have the control over my eyelid I had before I met him He is a disgrace to Columbia Presbyterian. I have eye problems that he said he would get rid of. The problems still exist. He gave me new problems.

Well worth the wait. I needed a second opinion after cyst surgery. Dr. Winn diagnosed my condition accurately, spotted and explained details that previous, good but rushed doctors had not, calmed me down, and gave me the clear instructions on how to treat it - they even have printed material at the ready to give patients. Impressed, I asked him if he had any ideas on where to go for dermatology and a good ENT; he thoughtfully and patiently wrote down some doctors' names for me. He took his time - a class act all the way, and I would recommend him highly. I saw him at the glitzy new 53rd St office and the staff actually smile at patients and are helpful. Quelle surprise!
