Love this doctor. Best ever!

The staff is absolutely horrible. The younger medical assistant is dumb as rocks. When asked a question, she doesn't know any answers. The nurse is always late and Dr. Banner waits for her, so therefore , makes the patients wait. When finally in the room worrying about my children, the nurse constantly complains about her problems making me very uncomfortable. The office isn't very inviting and neither is the older woman receptionist. She is very snippy and rude. I would definitely recommend finding another pediatricians office.

Not only does the entire staff know your child's name but they are AMAZINGLY good to him/her. On top of that, they are great to new parents...they let you ask tons of questions without ever making you feel silly or rushed. They have a call hour that you can call and immediately speak to the Dr. (Literally no wait time) The Dr. is the MOST knoweledgable Dr. I've ever met. He is not an alarmist but he is very thorough. He makes sure YOUR child is in perfect health. I really can go on and on telling you good things about Dr. Banner and his associate Dr. Patterino. There are just the two of them there so you do not feel like you are in a factory at all. And they absolutely do know your child and even you and your spouse. It is really a great place.

I highly recommend Dr. Banner. He is a caring, patient pediatrician. He answers all questions knowledgably and will give you all the resources you need to back it up. He does not rush you out and genuinely loves children. His gentle, kind manner makes my children feel at ease around him. The staff is also very nice and friendly. I feel like family there.
