Dr. Caitlin Elizabeth Kesari, MD

I never get through to this office, either the phone is not answered or I go to voicemail. Then no one calls me back. Kroger pharmacy has the same problem. Now Kroger gets a message about my meds that they will not write new scripts until I come to the office. They never notify me. I’m not really fond of this practices or Dr. Kesari. I will seek out the services of another rheumatologist.

I saw Dr. Kasari twice, I have been diagnosed with systemic lupus and rheumatoid arthritis for the past 17 years. I have seen six different physicians, including physicians from Cleveland Mayo clinic who all diagnosed me with both conditions. After seeing Dr. Katelyn sorry for a total of 15 minutes over two visits, so 25 minutes apiece, She came to the conclusion that all the other doctors were wrong and I did not have lupus and I did not have rheumatoid arthritis. It takes years to get that diagnosis, yet she dismissed that diagnosis within 50. minutes. I would encourage you to see someone who has experience longer than nine years and will take the time to review all your past medical history and have conversations with your previous positions. She did none of that. Also, when I disagreed with her she became very arrogant and belligerent. I know my body better than Else! she does get you in quickly, but that is due to her limited size in patient pool, based on the information that… I received from the receptionist. Finally, there is a lack of professionalism, for instants she frequently, in my personal opinion, Was confrontational and disrespectful.

I saw Dr. Kesari for a total of 10 minutes over the course of 2 appointments. I was first interviewed by a med student, who was ill equipped to understand the nature of my issues to the point he had to leave the room to consult with the Doctor to make sure he got all the information. When I finally saw Kesari, she ordered extensive bloodwork and to see her PA in 2 weeks. I made a point of emphasizing that I needed to know if I were wasting my time with her or vice-versa. She made a point of telling me she would let me know, either way. I never heard from or saw Kesari again. When I saw Patel it was apparent she had never seen my chart or blood test results. When I told her why I was referred by my pulmonologist to Kesari, Patel’s response: “we’re just rheumatologists” we can’t help you with your breathing issues! What a thorough waste of my time being seen by ostensible medical professionals who neither knew or cared how to help me!

Could not recommend more highly. Smart and people skills. Why is this so hard to find? Love her.

dr kesari is the best. caring and through. i am glad she does not give up on you and keeps working. she has a wonderful manners and a good smile. i am lucky she's my doctor. she's the doctor i recommend,
