My visit with Dr. Phillips actually went better than expected. He is totally easy to talk to. And explains everything in an easy to understand manner. No beating around the bush either, just direct and to the point.

Dr Phillips was very kind, helpful and explained what was going on with my shoulder thoroughly. I would recommend him to anyone who is having problems with their shoulder.

Appointment was handled expertly. Little to no wait. Had X-rays taken very quickly. Excellent communication with doctor and his staff. Excellent care overall!

Appointment was on time. Very thorough discussion of my problem and x-rays reviewed with me. Excellent ‘bedside manner’. Staff was very polite and congenial. Would highly recommend Dr Phillips and the Southern Oregon Orthopedic Clinic.

This was the first time I visited Dr. Phillips and it was a great experience. He took the time to explain to me about my issue and my options. I never felt like I was being rushed out of the office. I have not had my procedure done yet but I feel extremely confident, I’m in good hands.
