Dr. Candice P. Jantz, MD

I go to Dr Jantz, in spite of the fact that I don’t live near her practice as she is such a good diagnostician and is easy to talk to her and she listens. For years doctors had missed my chronic stomach problem and had misdiagnosed me over and over. Dr Jantz took charge, after listening to my history and performed a series of tests in conjunction with an Upper GI that revealed my condition. I trust Dr Jantz with my health completely.

Dr Jantz was very nice & informative & I highly recommend her. Her staff is absolutely amazing. I enter the wrong address in my GPS. I drove around & around until it was the time of my appointment. I called the office (practically in tears) & asked the super sweet scheduler where they were located. I was in east Plano, not west Plano. She knew how stressed out I was about possibly missing my appt & was so helpful. She told me they would give my appt away after 15 minutes. She told me to valet & gave me specific directions once I got to the hospital. She encouraged Dr Jantz to see me even though I was late. I used the valet service. I got there & they were able to see me that day. After my appt I asked Dr Jantz’s staff if valet took credit cards. They said no but there’s an ATM downstairs. I didn’t have my ATM card on me & her staff, Cynthia reached into her pocket & gave me a $5 bill of her own money. I was blown away by her generosity. I was so stressed from being late & her staff… put me at ease every chance they got. I had an absolutely great experience & highly recommend this office.

Dr. Jantz is very personable. I like getting personalized care. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

Dr. Jantz is a very good doctor. She listens to your problems and is very good on explaining so you understand what’s going on and what you need to do to get better. She doesn’t rush your appointment. Her office staff is ver nice and friendly.

Dr Jantz has been the first GI doctor who really took my pain seriously. She made sure she took care of what she could but realized there is a bigger picture that are connected to my GI problems and got me to the specialists I needed. Her or her MA are quick to respond through the portal. I recommend her to anyone I know who has GI issues and she will take great care of you ??

Dr Jantz has a very calming and friendly demeanor. She listens to what I’m saying, and answers any questions I have with no judgement. She was my first doctor to go to regarding gut issues, diagnosed me with IBD on the first colonoscopy, and the medicine she prescribed me was immediately effective. I hear that’s rare and I feel very blessed for how smoothly my visits with her have gone!

Dr. Jantz takes the time to answer any question and explain clearly what was done or needs to be done. She doesn't rush you, so that she can go on to the next patient. You can tell you are her primary focus when she is attending you.

being my first time at 57 Dr. Jantz make me feel comfortable and reassuring that it was going to be ok, she was very professional and answered all my questions. The staff is also wonderful.

My 97 year old mother had a fall and developed internal injuries. Dr. Jantz was called in to provide her care. She was thorough and complete in explaining what was going on, generous with her time, accurate in her diagnosis, and available for additional consultation when needed. I hope to not have a need to visit her but if the situation arises, she will be my first choice
