Dr. Bivens is such a wonderful endocrinologist. I have been seeing him for quite some time. He is caring and has a super bedside manor. Staff is wonderful, kind, and inviting. I have not had any type of bad service. Thank you Dr. Bivens for making me feel important!

Dr. Bivens truly cares about his patients and he takes his time with you during your appointment. His "assistant" is with him the entire time - "he's not good on the computer, " she said. I think he is very wise but it may be time to retire. He cannot hear very well and had problems answering some of my questions. I took my husband to my last appointment (2 hours!) and when we left I asked him what he thought of Dr. Bivens. He described him as "feeble." I am not quite ready to find a new doctor - YET, but I am seriously considering it.

Had 4 appointments with this doctor. Had to wait one hour or more every time. Does not hear what I asked or said. Does not seem to be up to date in his field. Would not recommend. Am current looking for another doctor.
