Dr. Brown and his staff are all very excellent! I will be moving soon but I will be driving 25 hours round trip to continue being cared for by this staff!

Dr. Brown is a good doctor, as is his nurse Carol. But his front office staff is wickedly horrible. I was told "You have F-ing Fibro get over it." I was also told about insurance issues and account balance's while in the waiting room with other patients there. There was so much more that she said, "you need to act decent not like a welfare recipient." I am not on welfare, have dbl coverage and pay my bills when asked. Again Carol and Dr. Brown are great, but Heaven help you if you have to deal with this office manager.

I thought I was really going to like this dr until I dealt with his staff. Especially the nurse, she is so rude and nasty. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and with such disrespect as I have been there. The straw was when the nurse hung up on me and then lied and said I hung up on her. Then after driving 15 miles to pick up a prescription, I was told it wasn't ready because I hung up on them. When I got angry about it, the nurse got very offensive and said I had a problem. She said she drives from Midland every day, like I care!!!

Carl Brown himself is very knowledgable and very friendly i would recommend him (himself). He answers all your questions and hes truly a great doctor. But.... the ladies in the office are all very very rude. I have been a patient for a year and im a quite calm person and im very respectable but these ladies are so rude that i straight up told them a week ago how rude they were abd how disrespectful they were. I cant believe how these people act towards strangers and regulars. Ugghh i cant stand these ladies 1 star just bc they r the ones u have to talk to 90% of the time.

I have been to see numerous doctor's over a one year span. He was the first one to actually listen to me and to communicate with me about my problem. I am so happy that I found this doctor. For the first time in a year, I actually feel like me again.

There staff is so rude. They are not friendly at all. They seem like we as patients bother them. Get a new staff!

I was surprised that I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Have you ever heard that if there's a long wait to get into a doctor it's a good thing? It is absolutely true! I have had examinations by neurologists before, so I know what it entails. This doctor just tested my reflexes and that was it. There was no looking in my eyes, testing my gait, or any detailed questions about my history. I was given a sample of medication handed to me by the doctor in a CVS prescription bottle with previously used by another patient. The name was torn out, but that is not standard for a medical office to do that. Samples are usually given in sealed packages delivered by drug reps. I got the pills home and noticed they were expired a year past their expiration date! When I called the office to let them know the mistake, they thanked me, apologized, told me not to use the pills, and that they would check their closet to make sure there were no more that had been expired. I called the… next week to leave a message for the doctor to let him know my Vagal Nerve Stimulator was hurting me. Waited for 2 days, never got a return call. Ended up going to the E.R. on a Saturday for pain with it. Then called the Doctor on the Following Monday to find out why my call was never returned. I was yelled at by the Secretary for cancelling an appointment 3 weeks ahead of the appointment date. She said I had caused a lot of problems in the office because I had to cancel. The agreement you sign in the office regarding appointments says you only need to give them 48 hours notice before cancelling. I felt humiliated and upset that someone in a medical office would treat me that way, when I did nothing wrong. Don't waste your time with this office. If you try to leave a message and don't get a return call, they will find a way to make you feel like you made the mistake, not them. Who can trust a doctor's office like that? Not me, I hope you won't either.
