Dr. Carl A Deirmengian

Dr D is absolutely fantastic. Had one full knee replacement done August ‘23 and the second will be Dec ‘24. Not as bad as people make it out to be. Just slow (boring recovery) not in the Dr’s hands tho. Extremely thorough in his office appts and post-op he tells you at that juncture of your recovery what you are feeling before you can even ask him questions. Gives you peace of mind that you are where you should be in your recovery and that he knows where you should be- he has probably done hundreds or thousands. Really nice guy, his team- Patrick especially, is great too. Have nothing but praise for Rothman in general- had another surgery there so obviously I like them- because I’m going back for more! If you need surgery, book him now, he books out far in advance which tells you something. -Robin A.

Outstanding MD and great patient communication and empathy. Had an injury to my knee which she replaced in 2017. Performed and exam and determined that no damage was done to the implant.

Full knee replacement age 60. Dr. Deirmennjian is fantastic. Extremely patient, good sense of humor and hubris for his impressive career, has a light touch which makes you feel heard and in excellent hands. You’ll never feel rushed with him. First appt through surgery and now at four months out, I could not be more impressed or happier that I chose him and his excellent, accessible team!

This is my second knee replacement coming up. Dr Deirmengian did my first one and will be doing my second one. He’s the best. And his entire staff is exceptional. Obviously I wouldn’t be going back for my second if I wasn’t very happy with the results of my first.

Always personable, always helpful, great listener and the only doc I would trust with my knees. Tremendous amount of integrity.

Decades with Dr. Deirmengian have never disappointed. He is honest, compassionate, funny, super smart, skilled and very human. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

6 months After knee replacement I have to have to have the surgery Redone by a new doctor. The surgery center was excellent but this doctor was the absolute worst.

My doctor is a compassionate doctor. If you have knee pain this doctor should be the one you would make an appointment for his outstanding performance it is easy to communicate with this doctor. He knows knee injections simpler remedies or partial or full knee replacement. dr Deirmengian is professional as well as a perfectionist and an outstanding conscientious doctor who won’t disappoint his patients.
