Dr. Carl Randall Harrell, MD

After my surgery when I had questions, concerns and complaints I was told that I could not talk to the doctor. After many attempts at trying to talk to the doctor or nurse, being threatened by the staff and treated badly, the doctor refused to see me for any follow ups. I paid for the surgery and follow up appointments and was told to not come in and if I did the cops would be called. This man does not deserve to hold a medical license as patient care is not his concern. I will be filing a complaint with the medical board and retaining counsel. Dr. Harrell and his staff are a rip off.

I will be honest with everyone.....Dr Harrell was referred to me by a friend. I was very very weary to even do a breast augmentation. When I arrived at the office, I was treated very nicely. The nurse and receptionists were extremely pleasant; made me feel welcome. So, the doctor and nurse went over not only what I wanted but what HE thought would look good. I will tell you that I had been told to go ONLY a FULL C. The Dr was OK with that and said it would look fine, but suggested a D. Of course, I was like NEVER; not realizing that I was truly supposed to be a D with my body type. My second visit I actually asked the Dr to go ahead and use HIS judgment call. If you can believe it I ended up a DD....When I got out of surgery and eventually was able to look in the mirror I almost died! I definitely thought I was WAY too big!!!! I didn't want anyone to notice my chest at the time but of course everyone did, lol. It is almost 1 year from the time of surgery. I will say that my breast… augmentation and lift look ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND NATURAL. Believe it or not, my chest fits my body extremely well and look natural. I am very happy with the surgery that was completed. I thank you very much for your judgment call Dr Harrell... I will advise every woman that does receive a breast augmentation and lift to use your body type to make the call of how big to go. I have several friends that have had a breast augmentation and only wish they had gone bigger. I am very happy with the work that Dr Harrell has completed on my breast.

The office manager is a totally dishonest nasty person who should be avoided.

Dr. Harrell and his team of experts were always knowledgeable, confident, and performed exceptional work for my mommy makeover. I would highly recommend them.

I think he did a good job ,but he is very short with his answers and makes you feel very rushed, I will be using another doctor for my next procedure.

His receptionist is very rude, I was happy with my procedure and they tried to tell me my butt looked fine when I knew it wasnt what I paid for and when I asked for my photos it took weeks when they had them on file already. If i were you, I wouldnt have him work on you.

My overall experience with fountain of youth was 5 stars!

I have never been a patient of Dr. Harrel but I live in the community where he practices. Ours is a family community and I find it offensive that he chooses to display highly erotic images on his billboards and electronic sign. Several individuals in the community have called asking him to tone it down but the images have changed only slightly. I would recommend that you choose a physician who is more professional.

After 18 months of consultations and searching, I landed upon Dr. Harrell's office and I made the decision to trust him, to reconstruct my face. I have never had any kind of surgery. I excepted to be scared and nervous, but I wasn't. I had my nurse Theresa by my side from beginning to end. I was introduced to every member of my team and felt completely comfortable and had so much confidence and trust in all of them. When I finally got to take my nose brace and chin bandages off, I couldn't stop crying, full of happiness and excitement. For the first time in my life, I felt beautiful, comfortable and confident. It was a million times better then I could have ever dreamed. I am so thankful for Dr. Harrell's brilliant vision, gentle hands and caring heart. I PROMISE you, he is AMAZING at what he does and I would reccomend him to anyone. So thank you Dr. Harrell, and your team for changing my life. I am forever greatful.
