Dr. Carl E Rosen, MD

This Doctor is very very blunt indeed. I went to see him because my eyes constantly water all the time. He did do a irrigation test via my tear ducts to see if they were blocked in any way. This test showed that there was no blockage. he then diagnosed 'loose muscles in my eye lids . A possible cure was for him to tighten these muscles. However , he could only give a 15% to 20% cure. I left the office very disappointed. have to put up with my watery eyes.

Dr. Carol Rosen is the best of the best.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rosen for the past 8 years. He is very thorough and efficient, he has taken very good care of me and addresses all of my concerns about my optical care.

Straight to the point, paid attention to detail. Even suggested to use a program to help out financially. Very confident, and blunt. He told use exactly what he was going to do, and what he considered but wasn't needed
