Great Office and staff. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

This was a first meeting visit. We reviewed history, medications, needs assessment etc. I anticipate from this very first visit that our patient/physician relationship will be compatible and favorable. I did not rate diagnosis or follow up visits because of the nature of this meet and greet visit.

Extremely unprofessional and rude Front Office staff

I have suffered from a rare neurological condition for several years and is sometimes difficult to treat or maintain. Dr. Sarnacki is always willing to listen and if he doesn't have the answer he will get you referred to someone who can. Dr. Sarnacki follows up to manage your care as a primary physician should once he receives reports or evaluations. I don't believe I could still be working with this disease without his support. Dr. Sarnacki takes the time to listen to your concerns both physically and mentally. Again, it might be hard to get an appointment and his associates and staff are just as knowledgeable. However, when possible, I would elect an appointment with him over anyone else in the area. Lake Orion Family Physicians is the "poster child" of "patient centered" healthcare -they do walk the talk!

It may be tough getting an appointment with Dr. Sarnacki, but its worth the wait, if you can.
