My mother and grandfather had a terrible experience here. Never in the 50 years of going to doctors has my grandfather been treated so neglectfully. The doctor was rude and "didn't have time unless they wanted to pay cash right now." absolutely despicable. He is the definition of the ugliness we see in this country. I will blacklist him everywhere. Alex Gershman, no point even referring to you as Dr. your bad karma is gonna come back to bite you.

Just had an apt. with Dr. Thomas, and I couldn't be more relieved with the information he provided. He is unpretentious, actually listen to his patients needs and concerns, and he doesn't talk down to you or judge. My wife and I felt very comfortable during our office visit. He is an expert in the field of urology--spends most of his time doing surgery at the hospital, so he not only has the clinical knowledge, he has the practical surgical experience needed to accurately diagnose something by feel. Have total trust and confidence in this doctor.

Condescending doctor who asks non-relevant questions about transgender clients and then refuses routiene care unless even his irrelevant questions get answered. Patient reviewing is not stupid and is a former medical paraprofessional for a trans clinic.

Some might not like his rapid fire talking style, but just pay attention and you will hear a clearly stated and informative diagnosis and recommendation. His front office staff is competent, a rarity at KP.

You have done everything humanly possible in treating my mother's bladder cancer and subsequent diagnostic issues. You have been her champion. Without you, I don't know where we would be. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
