Dr. G is an all around awesome doctor! She's pleasant, kind, and caring. She won't send you for tests if she doesn't think it's a problem, but will push you to go get tests done, see specialists, etc. when she feels it's necessary. Basically, she doesn't shove you off to her affiliates to make them some money. She carefully considers your current issues and works with you to solve them. Best doctor I've had! I'm so grateful that she's my doctor! Her office staff are kind of a circus. It's very hard to reach someone (all appointments are best made on ZocDoc where you don't have to speak to anyone), but I think they've been working on that as they continue to grow. It's very frustrating when you just want to call and ask a question and have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back.

This office NEVER answers the phone. You always have to leave a message and wait for someone to maybe call you back. Meanwhile, the front office staff are chatting with each other constantly. Dr. Germinario is ok, just wish the office was more approachable. I've had to go there in person just to get a prescription because they don't follow-up on the message you left. :-(. Also, if they make a mistake, they blame the patient.

Great bedside manner, give you all the time you want and will answer every questions, very thorough and caring. The only problem is it is very difficult to get hold of the office to schedule an annual check up or if you have something a bit more pressing. We wind using urgent care

Perscribed me medicine that interacted with my other medicine. Staff blamed me saying I never said that I took medicine but I know I told them multiply times. Never followed up on any of my results and found out I had bad result of my MRI. Now I have serious health issues that could have been taken care of in March, now it's October. I may have made them worse not knowing the prior results.

I have moved many times to different States and cities in the past 10 years. Dr. Germinario is totally different from the other 5 Doctors I have had in the past decade. She is totally focused on prevention and arranged for tests that my previous doctors should have arranged years ago. Great doctor. she is also very personable, open and direct.
