Dr. Carlos Borrás is an internal medicine physician who completed his medical education at Universidad Central Del Caribe before pursuing specialized training through multiple residencies at prestigious institutions, including Johns Hopkins University affiliated hospitals and Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. His extensive training includes a fellowship in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, which he completed in 2002.
