Have you seen Dr. Carlos Pimentel?
Office staff especially dr.s assistant should work on manners; waiting time for me has usually been way more than 1 hour.

The Dr's assistant in an outburst of anger grabbed from out of my family member's hand the prescription. My family member speaks no English and the assistant figured none of us did. She commented to her colleague that she did not understand why we were there if that person was not going to take the medication. In addition, continued badmouthing this patient. On another occasion the Dr. himself made a comment to his staff about patients not knowing what an aspirin was, (this was due to patient not being too clear on if he had been taking aspirin lately). I think this Dr. and his staff should have more respect for the elderly (with the misfortune of poor memory) and/or uneducated. And just maybe the Dr. should spend more time educating his patients if he feels they don't know what a certain medication is and it's purpose.
