Dr. Carlos Keith Woodward, MD

Had a few surgeries done by him. The one I was most concerned about was my left shoulder rotator cuff. I have one big issue and it's not with him but his billing department. Not once did I receive a bill from him nor was I told to see a billing person in his office. So naturally I did not believe I owed anything.. well I looked into Credit Karma. I have a derogatory remark on my account. Since I was not been told about owing anything I thought things were ok. Thanks for screwing up my credit

He repaired my elbow on my throwing arm. After intense physical therapy I was throwing better than I have in years. Couple years later he repaired my labrum on non throwing arm which I hurt playing SS. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Woodward is wonderful! He took the time to explain everything to me and to answer my questions. Excellent results.

I am getting ready for my 3rd rotator surgery in 16 yrs, had previous a few yrs back and had other shoulder done in 2016. Out of all of the orthopaedic docs in Brevard County, I still feel Dr. Woodward is the best and he has the best attitude. It is a busy office and it does take 6-8 wks to get in but that happens with a one doctor practice. Everyone works very hard at keeping things moving. Be patient if you can for the best surgical outcome or you may have to find a different doc if you need immediate care. I am an established patient but had to go out of town for care once due to their busy schedule. It happens but I don't get offended. Main thing is to take care of yourself and try to remain positive. I went to Dr Woodward with hand pain and he said surgery was not necessary but gave me exercises to do. He very easily could have performed surgery but didn't. Others have told me the same thing about him. He's awesome

Dr. Woodward is one of the kindest and most professional doctors I have ever seen. I had shoulder surgery two years ago, and the result was amazing. I followed his orders and recovered completely. He spent time with me before and after surgery, explaining what to expect. I would recommend him to everyone.

I have gone to Dr. Woodard in the past and had a wonderful experience. Not so much this time. It has taken 2 months to get an appointment and now another month to review results. Office staff does not care. all they say is "everyone is in pain honey" really. Is this what we pay for. If he was not so good at his job, I would have gone somewhere else already!!!!

I have had a very bad experience this time around. It took 2 months to get an appointment. I have had severe shoulder pain, shoulder lumps, arm swelling, numbness for 8 months. He spends not even 2 minutes does not look at my shoulder out of the long sleeve shirt, does not even listen to me and says It is not my shoulder. My bad discs are causing it. Spinal stenosis. Need an MRI. I get the MRI fast just a few days after visit. I get the results from the MRI Place and a wait another day for a call from woodward. I have called 2 times now each time they say he will call me that day. The staff member even got snippy with me. I struggle to pay the $300 (my copay) for the MRI. It is going on 2 weeks and no call. How can I be treated like this? I am thinking about just calling my regular Dr and give him the results and have him find someone to help me be out of pain. This is the 3rd time seeing Dr. Woodward and had praised him in the past. I do not know what has happened to the level of… care. I guess business is good and who cares about how you are treated.

I have had a bad shoulder for years. I had another Doctor really mess it up a few years ago. BUT, Dr. Woodward knew what to do, and fixed the problem! HIs staff is the greatest! He is The man.
