Dr. Carmelita Rowena Robinson, MD

I had one appointment with her not so recently, and had to deal with a doctor with no bedside manner whatsoever. She acted like everything I said was stupid, even when asking questions. She rushed the appointment like she was too busy for me and treated me with no respect. She spoke to me as if I was a child. Avoid at all costs.

Dr. Robinson is not accessible AT ALL she has a voicemail advising you to call during regular business hours but WHAT ARE THEY??? That information is not on her card and I didn't hear it when I called so you have to just sit and wait for someone to call you back to make an appointment no matter what you need. Also, her referral routine is ridiculous. Why does a patient have to wait 2 or more weeks for a particular referral. I will be changing my pcp immediately as open enrollment starts now!!! She definitely has room for improvement and I hope she makes it....or retire

Outstanding physician that has treated me foroover 15 years. Dr Robinson is extremely knowlegeable, very thorough and takes the time to explain her diagnosis and treatment options. And unlike many physicians these days, she is reachable by phone when necessary. I'm fortunate to have her as my internist and would highly recommend her.

She definitely knows her stuff, but she is stuck in the old model of healthcare where the Dr. is always right and balks at a patient who asks to many questions or does their own research.

Treats you like your stupid and does not listen to all my problems. She always seems unhappy and agitated.
