Dr. Carol Ann Gunnett, MD

I have been going to this office for 3 years and every year I spend up to 10 hours fixing their mistakes on insurance submissions. They promise to fix their mistakes but it takes SEVERAL calls to their office and no one takes responsibility to ensure no more mistakes. I wonder if they are caring for me in the same way as their office takes care of my paperwork and insurance submissions.

I told the doctor how much pain I was in. She cut my tramadol to zero and said if I was to complain about my pain any more, I was going to be cut off of the extremely low 6 hydrocodone every 30 days she gave me for my chronic pain that I am experiencing. ?? agrees with the DEA. I think she works for the DEA.

Spends time, listens, answers all of my questions. Offers choices instead of telling me "you will take this prescription".

She really supports her patients! Takes time to listen and explain. She provides extras like a weight loss group. She is an interesting, well rounded person. Great doc!

Totally weird vibe. Didn't seem to know what she was doing ? Not somebody I ever want to see again.

This was the first doctor who took the time to really listen.
