Dr. Mattes knows about menopause and things related to my age group I really appreciate her knowledge base and that's why I prefer her .....thorough great doctor

In my experience, Dr. Mattes is an excellent family practitioner, who keeps up to date with the latest drugs and medical procedures, and, obviously cares for her patients. She takes the time to listen to me, and makes a thorough examination before making a diagnosis and prescribing treatment, or where she deems it appropriate, recomending a specialist.

-Did not pay attention to medical records and almost began to give me a vaccine I was highly allergic to-Forgot to provide me with a prescription, and when asked, gave it to another patient because she could not recognize me even though she had completed my exam less than 10 minutes before-Inattentive, unprofessional, will be changing my doctor immediately
