Dr. Starr is competent,caring,and understanding. She carefully listens to what I say and also watches my gestures to make her diagnoses. Sometimes when I say something painful I can see in her facial expressions that she feels empathy for me. She is clear and concise in her sessions and she never lets me down or disappoints me. I have complete trust in her and can tell her anything. She has helped me thru family issues, my divorce, and major health issues. I agree she is a remarkable diagnostician and a pharmacologist. She is also a wonderful human being.

I have seen several physicians over the past 15 years and I've never found anyone as competent, caring, responsive and patient as Dr. Starr. She is a remarkable diagnostician and pharmacologist. She succeeded where so many others had failed me. She literally saved my life.

Dr. Starr is one of the best psychiatrist around. She always calls you back and genuinely cares for her patients. Her diganoses are correct she is precise and will educate you on your disorder. Dr. Starr is well educated and will break down anything you need to know. Just watching her think is amazing! She will never do harm! When your with her you know your in the best care. Just be open and ask questions don't hold back anything your feeling. She is open to anything and there is nothing she hasn't already heard. Must see her if you can!! I owe my whole life to her, if it wasn't for Dr. Starr I wouldn't be here, I wouldn't be working or in graduate school! Be open and honest and she can really help you to!
